It’s that time of year again when we gather with family and friends for the holidays. This year marks the 5th Annual Santas for Seniors event, organized by Nassau County Council on Aging. We are collecting gifts for seniors in Nassau County to help brighten their holidays. Many seniors live alone and don’t have family or friends nearby throughout the year or during this holiday season.
We are asking for new, unwrapped gifts or monetary donations to help bring joy to the seniors in our community!
Below is a list of needed items. Please drop off all donations at the Fernandina Beach Senior Life Center, 1901 Island Walk Way, no later than Friday, December 6.

If there is no time to shop, our seniors also appreciate gift cards from Walmart, Publix, Harris Teeter, Winn-Dixie and Target.
When sending a monetary donation, please make checks payable to Nassau County Council on Aging and specify SANTAS FOR SENIORS in the memo section.
