Services are provided for people experiencing homelessness or who are at risk for homelessness in a safe, compassionate and supportive environment. Services include access to showers and laundry facilities, a place to receive mail and store important documents, access to telephones and computers, information and referrals from caring, concerned volunteers.

Hours: Tuesdays 9a.m.- 1p.m., Wednesdays 9a.m.-1p.m. Thursdays 9a.m.-1p.m.
*Volunteers may leave early if no clients are in the center for services.


Mental Health Resource Center (MHRC) QUEST Program

The Quest Program is designed to assist individuals who are homeless in Duval and Nassau Counties with finding and obtaining housing. Quest staff assist clients with obtaining documentation needed to qualify for housing programs. Quest staff also assist individuals with applying for government entitlements and identifying other services to address their needs. MHRC is located in downtown Jacksonville and also functions as a Drop-In Center. Individuals can use the service center as their mailing address. Screening for housing programs, use of a phone, bathroom and free notary services are available.

Program Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Walk-In Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00a.m.-3:00p.m.
