Case Manager in Hilliard

Nassau County Council on Aging (NCCOA) announces an open Case Manager position in our Westside Senior Life Center in Hilliard starting September 1, 2024. This position provides services to assist Nassau County seniors and caregivers. We look forward to hearing from applicants who are professional, self-directed and have excellent communications skills, preference given to those with case manager experience and working the elderly population or a 4-year degree. Salary: $35,000/year.
