Home Health Services
While our home healthcare services have been available to Nassau County residents for close to 40 years, Advocate now has a renewed focus and refreshed brand.
Senior Life Centers
The Janice Ancrum Senior Life Center at 1901 Island Walk Way in Fernandina Beach helps us provide even greater programs and services to seniors in Nassau County, including expanded congregate meals, medical screenings, and health and wellness clinics.
